First off, thanks for all the faves and watches. I wasn't expecting so huge a response to a simple assignment. I guess it means it was a success.


Which brings me to my second point. I'm a kinda guy who goes and checks out every user who watches or faves my work. Partly to get an idea of what kind of audience I have and partly to find any hidden talents amongst all the deviants here. I remember being largely unknown when I first got my account and my friends consisted of people I knew in real life or folks who actually liked my work from the beginning. You know who you guys are. I thank you for being there from the start.
So for the most part, my presence here was under the radar and a lot of the more popular users shrugged me over. Now that I have like a few thousand messages to sort through thanks to the Daily Deviation, I can see why. There are simply too many of you to pay attention to. =GunnerRomantic is one those amazing but humble artists who somehow looked past all the mess and clutter of developing work and saw my potential. It really meant a lot to me to have someone indubitably more skillful pay attention. My work is still evolving and I one day hope to have such strength in my own style. Her act inspires me to do the same. So if you're one of those folks who wonder just why the heck I'm watching you, that's why. Just as I notice my own growth, I want to see your growth and see what becomes of it.

But anyways, enough..mushy stuff. 2136 messages really is alot to go through and checking out the pages of all those users will take forever. I've read the majority of your comments (I think) and I've taken note of who faved my work and who's actually watching me. There are definitely more faves than watches so I'm assuming those that just faved my DD like the fireworks and don't wanna stick around for everything else. I'll delete those messages. Those who've actually friended me, thank you. I'll check you guys out and if you intrigue me, I'll return the favor.
